Travelers Hojicha Organic Roasted Green Tea is a Japanese-style green tea grown in China. It is toasted at a high temperature, imparting a lovely nutty, roasted taste. Invented in the 1920s by a Japanese tea merchant seeking to add flavor to end-of-season bancha by roasting it resulted in this delicious brew. 2 tsp per cup in medium hot water (190° F), 3-5 min.
